Corn is a very valuable crop for its content of vitamins A, B, E and many minerals contributing to good metabolism.

Giant Corn
It is a starchy corn belonging to the Poaceae family and the Zea Mays specie from the Cusco Region. One typical variety is called “White Urubamba” or “Cusco White Giant Corn”, produced in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. The size of this white grain is exceptional.
First Grade: 24 - 27 grains / oz

Chulpi Corn
Chulpi Corn is well known and much appreciated all over the world for its great taste and size. Peruvians call it cancha when it is consumed toasted.This small grain comes from the Andean valleys and it is eaten with meals or as snack.

Mote Corn
This white corn also called Peeled Giant Corn has a smooth taste and is starchy. The grains are removed from the cob, peeled and cooked with salt.
Second Grade: 28 - 34 grains / oz

Mountain Corn Cancha
This is the corn used for the Andean cancha and a common ingredient of the Peruvian cuisine. It is served with our famous ceviche dish and the popular chicharron (deep fried pork).
