We have been serving the local and the demanding international market since the year 2000. We have invested in infrastructure and cutting edge technology to have the most modern plants in Peru. As a result, our sales have shown a dramatic improvements and we are proud to be the largest exporters of quinoa in Peru.

About us

We are a Peruvian company in the business of production and marketing of Andean grains and legumes in the local and international markets. Owing to our privileged geographical location in the Southern hemisphere, we have a variety of climates which allow for the growing of a number of excellent quality crops. We are the leaders in this industry thanks to our policy of continuous improvements, constant investment in technology and skillful staff.

Our history

Since the onset of our activities, we have been growing, amending when necessary and adapting to the international market.

1969First sale to Supermarkets

It started selling four varieties of pulses to Supermercados Peruanos.

2003Our First Exportation

It was one container of Jumbo Lima Beans to the USA

2007Inauguration of our Second Plant

2009First Optical Selector

We were the first Peruvian company buying a BÜHLER color selector.

2009First International Fair

Alisur participated for the first time at SIAL in France.

2014Implementation of the Quinoa Plant

Alisur implemented the most modern quinoa plant in the world.

2014Implementing BRC

We obtained the world´s highest quality standard.

2016Exporting packed products

We reached the final consumer abroad with half a kilo packing.
